CasePro team led by Spartak Yovchev successfully completed the first phase of a project for the construction of a luxury residential complex in the prestigious region in Sofia - Krastova Vada. Our team executed a real estate due diligence and provided transaction assistance to the investor with respect to acquisition of a land plot with an area of 6,000 sq. m.
