The trade secrets - new aspects under the Trade Secret Protection Act, Practical Implications

More than 70 participants attended the seminar on "The trade secrets - new aspects under the Trade Secret Protection Act, Practical Implications" organised by CasePro together with German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (GBCIC). Speakers at the event, which was held on 30 May (Thursday), were the CasePro experts Boyan Dombalov, Radost Doycheva and Spartak Yovchev. During the seminar Radost, Boyan and Spartak made an overview of the trade secret institute and presented practical guidelines for its protection, in the light of the current regulatory framework and the well established case law.
