Underground Resources Law

During the last years the legal provisions governing the underground resources sector were substantially amended with the main purpose of streamlining the respective public procedures into a single, centralised state body. The aim was to achieve higher efficiency in the state regulation process, and to assure compliance with the applicable EU legislation.

Some members of the CasePro team were actively involved in the structuring and drafting of the new local regulations which granted us profound insight into all specifics of the underground resources legal framework – both from the business and authority perspective. Our lawyers are able to provide complex legal support in all stages with regard to the granting of state and municipal concessions, as well as to cover all legal aspects of the relations between the concessioner and the state.
